Our goal at SuiteMe, operated by Ashfaq Ahmed, is to ensure you are satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be provided for our subscription plans and credit-based generation services. By purchasing a plan, you agree to this refund policy and relinquish any rights to subject it to any questions, judgment, or legal action.

1. Subscription Plans

SuiteMe offers monthly subscription plans that provide a set number of "generations" (credits) for use within our application.

  • General Policy: Due to the immediate, digital nature of our service and the costs associated with AI generation, we generally do not offer refunds for monthly subscription fees once the payment has been processed and the credits have been added to your account.
  • Unused Credits: Credits that are part of a monthly subscription plan roll over as long as the subscription remains active. However, these credits have no cash value and are non-refundable.
  • Exceptions: We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis under special circumstances, such as a billing error or if you have not used any of your monthly credits since your last renewal. A request must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

2. Free Daily Credits

The free daily generations provided under our "Free" plan are complimentary and do not have any monetary value. They are not eligible for any form of refund or exchange.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact our support team at contact@suiteme.online. Please include the following information in your request:

  • Your account email address.
  • The date of the transaction you are seeking a refund for.
  • A detailed reason for your refund request.

We will review your request and notify you of the outcome within 7-10 business days. Issuing a refund is at the sole discretion of SuiteMe.

4. Service Uptime and Quality

We strive to provide a high-quality, reliable service. However, we do not guarantee that the AI-generated results will be perfect or meet all expectations. Occasional downtime or imperfections in generations are not grounds for a refund. We are continuously working to improve the quality and reliability of our AI models.

5. Changes to the Refund Policy

SuiteMe reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page. You are advised to review this Refund Policy periodically for any changes.
